My own shop in the middle of Zürich. Italian gastronomic products and monthly tasting events, built from zero in 12 months.

What I did
Everything, to be completely honest. 300+ products imported from Italy, Swiss customs, HACCP, the shop design, the Shopify store, social media and the monthly degustation events.

What went wrong
I was alone. Every role, every day. After a year and a half it was too much, physically and mentally, so I closed it.

Not my favourite day.

Looking back, I know what would have made the difference: doing my homework on the numbers, being more present online, and not carrying everything by myself.
