In 2022, I launched Cibum Boutique, a high-end gastronomic concept in the heart of Zürich. This was a "zero-to-one" build-out that tested my ability to manage complex global supply chains and execute a high-fidelity brand launch under tight operational constraints.
Core Pillars of the Project:
Global Supply Chain & Logistics: I personally oversaw the sourcing and international importation of over 300 premium SKUs. This involved complex vendor management, navigating Swiss customs/logistics, and building a resilient inventory system from scratch with 98% inventory reliability.
Omnichannel Integration: I designed and executed a cohesive digital-to-physical ecosystem, integrating a high-performance Shopify platform with targeted social media marketing and monthly high-touch brand activations (degustation events).
Operational Architecture: From Swiss legal setup and HACCP compliance to the physical store design, I managed every operational touchpoint, ensuring brand storytelling translated into consistent foot traffic and customer engagement.
The Strategic Pivot (The Exit)
Recognizing a shift in market sustainability and economic headwinds, I made the data-driven decision to dissolve the entity. This transition demonstrated my commitment to fiscal responsibility and my ability to prioritize high-impact professional logic over sentimentality.
