I was managing cash flows at 16 in my family’s business. Since then I’ve built four brands of my own, so I know what it’s like when everything sits on your shoulders. Today I help small business owners fix what’s broken underneath, so the business can run without them doing everything by hand.

The Journey
1990 - 2010: Growing up in the business
The Focus: Ownership.
On the Italian coast, in an entrepreneurial family, I learned early that a business only moves as fast as the person running it. If a problem exists, you fix it. You don’t wait for permission.
2010 - 2015: Learning the standard
The Focus: Quality Control.
Glion, then five-star hotels around the world (Kempinski, Rocco Forte). This is where I learned that “excellent” is the baseline, not the goal.
2015 - 2023: Doing it myself
The Focus: Resilience & Scalability.
I founded and ran Al Castello Relais and Cibum Boutique in Zürich. Suppliers, bookings, staff, numbers, all of it. At Al Castello I moved us to a new booking system in the middle of peak season without losing a reservation, and kept a 9.4+ guest rating.
2024 - Today: Ideas to Action
The Focus: Giving owners their time back.
Everything I learned the hard way, now used for other owners. Alongside it I’m building Blunt Spoon Society and doing a master’s in Marketing and Digital Communication, because the digital world keeps moving and so do I.
