I was fortunate to grow up in an entrepreneurial family where business and customer service were part of everyday life. From a young age, I learned the ins and outs of business operations, branding, and client management, working in my family’s grocery stores, food wholesale business, and tourism ventures.

In 2018, I founded Al Castello Relais, a boutique B&B housed in a restored 15th-century building. I managed everything from branding to guest experience, including:

Developing the brand identity and positioning it in the market

Building and optimizing the website & OTA connections to drive direct bookings

Implementing digital marketing strategies that maintained high occupancy rates

Overseeing guest experience & operations, achieving top-tier ratings (Google: 4.9, Booking.com: 9.3/9.4, Tripadvisor: 5.0)

What started as a personal project became a recognized brand, proving the power of strategic marketing, digital presence, and customer engagement.

A high-end delicatessen experience from concept to execution.

2022 - 2023

Cibum Boutique was a gourmet delicatessen concept, where I handled everything from sourcing products to branding and marketing:

Sourced & imported over 300 premium Italian products directly from producers

Designed and managed the store’s digital presence (Shopify, social media, online marketing)

Launched brand activation events (monthly degustation experiences for 25-30 attendees)

Handled marketing, operations, and customer engagement to drive foot traffic and online visibility

Though Cibum Boutique eventually closed, it was a valuable case study in branding, customer experience, and business strategy—proving how authentic storytelling and strategic marketing can drive business success.

✔ Overseeing the full production cycle of “t’charta Chats,” our company podcast—from researching themes and designing brand assets to hosting and editing multi-platform episodes.

✔ Leading the ongoing website redevelopment, guaranteeing that it reflects our evolving projects and service offerings.

✔ Supporting colleagues with project execution and day-to-day operational tasks when needed, fostering a hands-on, solution-oriented team culture.
