What was broken
They wanted a podcast. In German. No budget, no studio, no equipment, and my German back then was really bad (it's better now, I promise).

What I did
I found a tool to record online in good quality (Riverside), handled the guests, and edited every episode myself in a language I barely spoke (my music and sound background finally paid off). I also optimized their website and ran their LinkedIn and events.

What changed
A German podcast, live and running, made fully in-house, with no agency bill.
