At t'charta, a boutique consultancy specializing in high-level Product Management, I led the digital initiatives that translated complex go-to-market strategies into authoritative brand storytelling. My role served as the "connective tissue" between the firm’s consulting expertise and its market visibility, requiring a balance of technical execution and strategic project management.
Core Orchestrations:
Full-Cycle Media Production (t'charta Chats): I owned the end-to-end project lifecycle for the firm’s podcast. This was a masterclass in Program Coordination: I managed the research, asset design, technical hosting, and multi-platform distribution to reinforce the firm's position as an industry thought leader.
Digital Infrastructure & Web Redevelopment: I spearheaded the comprehensive redevelopment of the t'charta digital platform. This involved Managing Change—ensuring the site architecture and service-offering transitions evolved seamlessly alongside their high-tier consulting projects.
Brand Architecture & Strategic Communication: I architected the firm’s social media and visual identity. By managing LinkedIn strategy and high-stakes company events, I ensured every touchpoint reflected the excellence required for a top-tier client base.
Operational Leadership & Agile Support: Beyond digital assets, I fostered a "Hands-On" culture by coordinating team operations and streamlining execution. I acted as a solution-oriented anchor, ensuring the consulting team could focus on client delivery while I managed the operational rhythm.
Project Focus: Digital Channel Architecture & Production
The Challenge
Objective: Launch a professional B2B corporate podcast from the ground up with zero initial budget or existing recording infrastructure.
The Result
Impact: Successfully launched a high-quality digital channel that serves as a "Digital Voice" for t'charta in the DACH region. Delivered a premium branding asset entirely in-house, eliminating the need for expensive external production agencies.
The Virginia Solution
Strategy & Execution: Conducted technical research into browser-based recording (Riverside) to ensure high-fidelity output. Leveraged my background in music and sound engineering to manage internal editing and post-production, architecting an end-to-end workflow from guest coordination to final publication.
