My Name is Ragni, and I Was Born to Crawl (the Web)

First and foremost, welcome back to What’s Next! I know I was away for quite some time—who knew that even a 40% position could be so time-consuming? But I am back, and this time, I know my priorities.

A Quick Recap

Thanks to my previous digital efforts, I spent the last year as a Consultant (Communication Specialist) at t’charta. While I enjoyed my time there, I eventually realized something was missing. After some soul-searching and discussions with management, I decided to leave to follow my dream.

Fast forward to a couple of weeks ago: I realized my website no longer reflected the person I am now. It needed a total re-vamp.

The "Spider" Realization

While I was deep in the "technical trenches" re-coding the SEO for this very site, my boyfriend pointed out something I had somehow overlooked my entire life. He looked at me and asked:

"I’m sorry, but why don’t you ask Google to hire you, given that your surname is Ragni?"

(For my non-Italian friends: My last name, Ragni, means Spiders) . It’s funny because it’s true. In the world of search engines, "Spiders" are the bots that discover, index, and organize the chaos of the internet. As a Project Manager, that is exactly what I do for businesses. I am the "Spider" in the web—connecting the dots, ensuring visibility, and making sure the infrastructure is strong enough to hold the weight of the brand.

Why a New Website? Why Now?

The truth is, the 2026 job market is a different beast. I realized that sending 100+ "standard" applications into the void of an Anonymous Tracking System (ATS) wasn't working. I didn't want to be a PDF in a pile; I wanted to be a living case study.

I decided to redo this website from the ground up to prove three things:

  • I bridge the gap: Between "Old World" Italian entrepreneurship and "New World" Digital Strategy.

  • I own the process: From 14-day PMS migrations to building B2B podcasts with a CHF0 budget.

  • I am proactive: When the front door is locked, I build a better entrance.

The Vision for the Future

This blog isn't just a portfolio; it’s a sandbox for Operational Excellence. Moving forward, I’ll be sharing my journey as I:

  • Master the AI-Human Balance: Exploring how tools like ChatGPT and Riverside can empower boutique businesses without losing their soul.

  • Pursue PMP Certification: Leveling up my formal project management credentials.

  • Refine the "Maestro" Method: Deep dives into how "Rhythm and Coordination" can save a failing project.

  • Document the Zürich Chapter: From local logistics to the challenges of being a multilingual leader in Switzerland.

So, if you see a "Ragni" appearing in your search results, just know: I’m not just crawling. I’m building the web of What’s Next.
